After breakfast, departure from Ho Chi Minh City and drive overland to Cai Be, in the heart of the Mekong Delta. On arrival, board a sampan for a cruise on the Mekong River. Visit Cai Be Floating Market, rice corn and milk paper, coconut candy factory, fruit garden of Mr Hai Nghiep. Lunch at Xeo May restaurant and continue boat cruise into canals, visit Ba Kiet Old Colonial House and taste local fruit in the garden.

In the afternoon, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner is on own account.
