Breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will enjoy a full day tour to Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. It is situated on a small peninsula surrounded by a cluster of islands. The city was founded in 1,761 by the nomadic Bani Yas tribe by a Sheikh ( Chieftain ) of the tribe. The city entertains visitors with its spectacular landmarks, modern architecture, alluring shopping malls, the Old Souk, traditional crafts, carpets and much more. Start the tour with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a stunning masterpiece to the late Sheikh Zayed, houses the largest Iranian carpet and chandelier in the world. A view of the modern towers including the famous Capital Gate "Leaning Tower" along the way. Drive past the sites at Ras Al Akhdar one of which is the Presidential Palace, houses the offices of the top leaders of UAE; further will be the Emirates Palace, an iconic landmark in Abu Dhabi which also serves as a luxury hotel. A photo stop at the man-made breakwater which offers a breathtaking views across the water to Abu Dhabi skyline. Head towards the Heritage Village, a man made project that beautifully reflects and showcases traditional crafts and the reality of the lifestyle of a Bedouin Village. After which, we will visit Mina Zayed Port markets to include carpet, fish, dates and vegetable markets. Guests will be given a time to have lunch at a 3-4 star restaurant. After lunch, we will visit the Manarat Al Saadiyat Museum, an advanced center for interactive, local cultural displays and international exhibitions, plus serves as a theater. We will then proceed to Yas Island and stop over for a photo at the Ferrari World and F1 track (outside view only). After sightseeing, back to hotel. Free and overnight.
