After breakfast at hotel drive for about 1 – 1.5 hours to Polonnaruwa.

On arrival, commence a City Tour of 2nd Historical Capital City of Polonnaruwa. Another “UNESCO World Heritage Site” was the Capital of Sri Lanka from 11th - 13th Centuries, contains some splendid and spectacular statues. Thereafter leave for Minneriya, drive for about 35 to 40 minutes and visit Minneriya National Park.  The park is famous for its large population of elephants in herds of 100 to 150 roaming in the jungle and seen in the catchments area of the lake. After sightseeing, drive for about 1.5 – 2 hours to Trincomalee. Dinner will be provided at the hotel.

Stay overnight in Trincomalee
