Morning pick up at hotel and transfer to Herculaneum – around 30 mins drive, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was once a thriving and sophisticated  ancient Roman town, which destroyed by volcanic pyroclastic flows in 79 AD. Its ruins are located in the comune of Ercolano, Campania, Italy.  The preserved site features excavated ruins of streets and houses that visitors can freely explore. The guide will meet you at Herculaneum ticket office and accompany for 2.5hours guided tour to explore the area. (Admission fee included)

The tour will visit the most beautiful dwellings of the city: the House of the Mosaic Atrium, the House of Neptune and Amphitrite and the House of the Deer. Our stroll will continue through the Decumanus, the Palestra and the Basilica. You will also see the Thermal Baths of the Forum that were the public bathing houses of the city. In the House of the carbonised furniture, the wooden furniture is still in its original place.

After the tour, drive back to hotel. The rest of day free and overnight at hotel.
