Whistler is a resort municipality in the southern Pacific Ranges of the Coast Mountains in the province of British Columbia, Canada, approximately 125 km north of Vancouver. Then visit to Granville Island Market – both a locals’ favorite and a huge draw for visitors. The market sits just south of the downtown peninsula, right under the Granville Bridge. It acts as a hub of activity, but it’s also one of the city’s most important cultural districts with theatres, artisan workshops and craft studios.
Continue visit to Gastown – Designated a National Historic Site in 2009, this area is a one-of-a-kind experience for both visitors and locals alike. Visit the famous Gastown Steam Clock where every hour on the hour, the steam-powered 5-metre (17-foot) tall clock plays the Westminster chimes on four whistles and sends steam shooting out of the top just like a locomotive.
Then visit to historic Chinatown – Vancouver’s Chinatown is North America’s second largest Chinese-centered area. Both a bustling commercial district and an important historic center, this area is a testament to both the history of Chinese-Canadians in Vancouver and of Vancouver itself.
And visit to Robson Street – Shopping is what Robson Street is famous for! Here you’ll find most of the major North American fashion brands, along with a lively mix of accessories, home wares, and beauty stores.
onward visit to English Bay – With the ocean and beach at your fingertips and the snowcapped mountains in the background, it would be hard to find a more beautiful location in any city in the world!
Then transfer to Vancouver Harbor – At the waterfront you’ll witness busy marinas and watch tugs and sailing boats as they cruise through the harbor.
Finally visit to Yaletown – This is one of Vancouver’s trendiest neighborhoods – a district that’s filled with great restaurants and bars, shopping and entertainment, and gorge

Drive cross Lions Gate Bridge and head north along the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway to discover wonderful Whistler. Arrive in Whistler, the picturesque backdrop to the 2010 Winter Olympics that has been voted the Best North American Ski destination. Free to stroll through the peaceful village, with its alpine chalets and towering peaks. Pick up some souvenirs and soak up the small town atmosphere.

Summer: Experience mountain bike, or hiking to Pass 2,200 metre mountains and vast ocean vistas and walk to the base of Shannon Falls, a 335-metre (1,000ft) waterfall cascading down among old growth forest into Howe Sound. Stop off for pictures at the Brandywine Falls, where black bears and cougars roam.
Winter: Enjoy the ski fun, ski for a ride on the world record Peak 2 Peak Gondola between the summits of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.
