Pick up at Kyoto Station Hachijo and proceed to Nijo Castle, A UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was built to provide lodging for Tokugawa Shogun and as a palladium for Kyoto Imperial Palace.  Then visit Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion. The wooden architecture is covered in thin layers of pure gold and is surrounded by a beautiful pond.  Afterwards, visit Kyoto Imperial Palace, entry of international visitors generally requires application in advance, but participants of this tour can enter only by going through a brief procedure. After lunch on your own account.  Transfer to Nara Park & Toda-ji Temple (Great Buddha), A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is the symbol of the Nara Period and one of the world's largest wooden structures. Its huge main hall and bronze Great Buddha are impressive to behold.  Then Visia Kasuga Taisha Shrine & Nara Nagomikan before way back to hotel.  Dinner on guest own arrangment.  Free and overnight at hotel.
